“What s crackin. Everybody s boy jason you know moto so a lot of people people are pretty pissed that i cussed a lot in my videos. I ve been in my videos. I don t know for the last 45 years.
And it s not changing anytime. Soon. Because. This is also therapy for me.
Me answering questions me providing information on the internet. It released a lot of stress for me. Because the stresses of daily normal lives does not allow me to does not allow me to be who i want to be so. What you see here on the video is the realistic meet right because when i m in uniform and i m talking the civilians.
I m telling you man i have to maintain a professional military bearing so i did in the day when i m on camera you re really talking to the real. Me you know i mean essentially. If you re you know next to me as in person if we re not talking about business. Okay this how we talk to you too and if you re easily offended.
I just want to apologize. But at the end of the day you re getting a real person okay talking to you so anyways. I want to address a few things about your expectations. When it comes to your conditional release all right you re in the national guard.
You want to go active duty..
I just wanted you and everybody know the realistic expectations of being released. So today you want to go active duty ryan you want to go active duty. And you got your paperwork done your conditional and release and your memorandums and you submit it to your recruiter tomorrow how fast will you make it to active duty. Realistically i realistically it will take between 30 to 90 days ninety days.
If everything is completed all your paperwork is done today and submit it tomorrow. It would take 30 to 90 days and you just have to accept. This is how the military works. I ve met a lot of people who had successes transferring from national guard to active duty.
But the thing is you can t be i wanna say that sprit. But you have to be persistent. Because only you are in charge of your career and in your life. But at the same time you can t be too assertive.
Where you re pissing a lot of people off because remember you are literally waiting on other people to complete the paperwork and you start pissing people off. They re going to start destroying paperwork and you re going to start the entire process all over again so maintain patience maintain your humbleness your sincerity and hopefully your paperwork will be completed and submitted accordingly and just you know just call in every other day. See what the status updates of your paperwork whether it s being approved for you to go from national guard to active duty. Okay.
If you start pissing people off. I promise you you ll never make it to active duty. It s just that s how it works right so i m not saying you should be sucking people s penises and whatnot. But at the same time just be very very patient.
Very very humble and hopefully everything gets completed accordingly all right so..
If you procrastinate you forget to do follow up calls and and ask for updates on your status on your your paperwork essentially you ll be forgotten and you know your your process may take longer for you to transfer from national guard to active duty. That s also a possibility that that s that also happens to a lot of soldiers as well or airmen that procrastinate too long or they just waiting for somebody for for it to complete because they assume that once you get some of the paperwork started and you don t follow through you know they assume or they feel like the system s not work for them just like anything in life you are in control of your career. You are in control of everything that you do in life. So it s best for you to always be on top of your always making sure that your paperwork is completed and finalized and it s up to you to always follow up when everything that you do all right so.
Hopefully. This video gives you a little bit more a little bit more confidence and how the system works and give you a more realistic outlook of what should be should be done when it comes to your conditional release all right chu boy. I ll try to get back with you guys later th for a really long time about the nate first name because everyone tells you like oh. You won t be solid on a name. Yeah. You might change your mind down the road.
I think we kind of put that in our mind. Like that s how it should be but at the end of the day you back up so cuz. We were really really we had other names that we liked. But we were like we always went back to remy.
We always in fact we always thought it was that s who she was we felt it before we even knew we had her that her name was meant to be remy. We turn to find names that filled our hearts just as much as the name of mu dead. And they just couldn t think yeah. But we didn t really start thinking about these other names until.
I was saying i m pregnant and then once i found out what we were having kind of we re having a girl then we were really like what we re still stuck on revenue..
You really love this name. But you know everyone s telling us we need to you know so we had to wait until she s born but like i said nothing filled our hearts like remy nothing no made sense to us we just we felt it so deeply minute. She popped out like for me the second. I saw her i was like yeah.
Her name is remy like she looks like a remy and it s it s it s just we you know we were thinking about like having an maine that could be like a nickname and things like that are shorter or shorter. Things like that and i just thought having just yeah. She was loves holding my hand. It s most adorable tear jerker kind of thing in the world.
She s definitely our little remy and then ali came up with another beautiful name for her middle name so for the middle name that was harder for us. I think that was harder for us. And it was something that we we couldn t figure out what made sense was that slow it s like one of those things as weird as this sounds. I didn t read it in a baby book.
I didn t read it on some like something you know like an app or anything like that i heard this particular name i loved what it meant i loved you know it s definitely not traditional in my mind. It s not traditional. I think it really represented the type of environment and positivity free spirit in the free spirited that she s gonna be yes. I saw the name soleil and soleil for those of you who don t know it means sun.
And i just you know i looked more into the meaning and they you know bright and happy and just positive and a positive light and all these wonderful beautiful things. But we weren t sure we liked reme soul leg. We weren t sure if the soul a fit it felt like it was too much yeah too much for her so. I said well why don t we call her remi sol sol sol.
It s re mi sol trippy..
Trippy tar. And i like looked at each. Other and were like this is it that s her name she s meant to be r mi soul. So we figured that i don t know it just made sense it was that was her name and it like i said.
It s been name that we ve had for so long. And we ve just been so in love with and i couldn t i honestly i would talk about in her belly. I would say hey randy. How s it going and ally and i at one point.
We decided that we start calling her baby girl just in case because he labels that and just in case like people put in our heads. Like maybe when you see her she might not feel the same way and then also to like you have so many people outside that may dislike the name you know we kind of were like you know we loved it so much that we don t want people to alter our judgement on what we wanted to name our child and it just made sense. But you know remy salter be just this is who she is the goofball that we have down here sorry guys we re a little too we re like trying to hold back tears. I honestly.
I was like it s really true like honestly like dang and talking about more it makes it even worse. We have her over there a little rocker thing and i ll just be literally this sucks you always make me do this i ll just literally walk by and see her and stop. And yeah. Just just gorgeous a little room assault yea.
