The playstation store and go all the way down to pay methods in a different language. But it doesn’t matter guys so now you’re going to go to credit card.
The bad course the basic step like the most basic step what you can do is check out your credit card or debit cards again if you filled in everything correctly and that’s just step number one the basic step so step number two we want to check the expiry date. So if there is like a date that’s not expired move date got expired from your credit cards you need to go to your bank and ask for a new card you have to do that guys so it means that it expires. Likeno and let’s go to the next step so maybe there’s not enough of money on your credit card or debit card that could be a reason i heard of guys that had like nothing on their cards and they tried it and it just like popped up on error code or things like that and they just added some little bit of money and it just worked for them.
So that’s a reason to why you can get this error or the credit or the best card information on file is not valid and let’s go to the next step so the next step what could happen is if you live any region or country. That doesn’t support it like doesn’t support my credit card or debit cards most likely it’s gonna beat the bad cards if you live like any country or maybe you’re on vacation and you’re trying to fill n real quick to download a game. And it doesn’t work out that could be because you left any different region.
I was going to for that you can go ask your bank for a region or maybe get a new one so you can pay off the game. That you want and let’s go to the next step so sometimes guys. It’s not your fault.

Let’s go to the next one so guys the next step is actually one of the steps that fix my credit cards and my paypal account so what it was is i actually felt add my credit card and another playstation accounts like i’m gonna hold down the ps button for right now and go to power and then i’m gonna switch user so i felt in my passwords on test account for example and then what i tried was i felt it end for another account on the playstation and it didn’t work so.
What you can do how you can fix this problem is just go back to your account that you already felt in your password like your your account details of your credit cards or the best cards and go to settings and go to account management. I’m gonna sign any real quick the sign ain’t really didn’t work out. But i change the account so what you need to do now is go to account information.
And now guys you want to go to wallet option. Number. Three and go to paid methods.
So if you have like a paypal or credit. The bad cards locked in what you need to do is press start on it and just leave it off or maybe press on like press. X.
And you won’t get like an option to delete it and you want exactly do that once you delete that what you need to do back is go back to your other accounts and then you want to fill it back in you can do it by the play store actually or by settings like i showed you these are just two options you can even fill it in by your mobile phone laptop computer tablets. It does matter and so let’s go to the next step so guys the next step. What you can do if you have any problem with your region or the country.
Where you live on if it doesn’t support that what you also can do is just join a door fix or what you also can do is call sony or playstation support and ask them to change your country or region. And once you do that you will may be able to fill in your credit or debit cards and by the way guys what you also can do is go to communities and join a door fix. It’s actually pretty easy to do and i’ll also i forgot to mention you want to ask them why they can’t like while you can’t tell then your credit cards or debit cards and while get that error codes.
