Examples and i m nnot just talking about any old vision vision statement. I m talking about a nvisual vision statement and i will share that with you in just a sec. But before nwe begin i want to share with you where i got these examples from they nare from readers. Who ve actually done my visual vision workbook and created their nown vision.
Statement and i have their permission to share with you their nexamples now if you want to do one of these you don t need my workbook you can nactually do it yourself. I actually make decisions based on nthis and this is why this is so powerful because life is busy already and we can nbe on this hamster wheel and be really just busy doing nothing and it s not nmoving us forward.
But if you really have a goal a desire a dream you need a nvisual statement. Because it helps you see what s going on and in this one. It. Nall represents.

Something really meaningful and passionate for me. And i nreally created this from doing very specific exercises that i put in that nworkbook that i shared with you and every day. I look at this and it inspires nme to say yes and no in fact. If you take a look at my ted talk that s why i did none because of this right here.
But i also have other things that i do in my nbusiness because of this vision statement and my ted talk explains that nso. I m not going to get into it here. But it is powerful. I can t imagine not nseeing this every day.
I cannot imagine not knowing what is it nthat. I m supposed to do in fact doing some planning for my business. I look at nthis and it s making decisions or helping me make decisions that nreally resonate with me so when i get up and i m working it doesn t feel like nwork. I just know i m moving towards goals.
That is what s so powerful about nthis and because it s a visual. Guess what a picture s worth a thousand words nif. I had it in words like i did before you gloss over it you don t see it you ndon t connect with it but the beauty of art is just that you connect with it nwith your heart and your soul. And that is what you want with your visual vision nso.

I see it and everything means something really nimportant to me alright. The one i just showed you mine was professionally ngraphic design. I actually did it on sketch with color and i gave it to a nprofessional graphic designer in order to create that particularly one for me nbecause. I wanted it on canvas.

I wanted to treat it like artwork. However you can nsketch them out yourself just on pieces of paper and blow those up and make it a nposter for yourself or just leave it on the size that it is on letter now i have nanother example to show for you one of someone who actually did the workbook nand. I want to share it with you right now i m just gonna bring it forward nhopefully you can see that so what i love about this. And what they shared nwith.
Me is this is really meaningful for them they got the words that are gonna ninspire them musical notes because they re really into singing and how nimportant that was for them to continue that and put that on the forefront. But nwhat s really key here is that everything resonates with them and they nmake daily decisions based on this and they had to go through the exercise to nfigure out what exactly it was that was important to them nhere s another personal vision statement example right here. I m going to show you nthis one. Hopefully you can see that see you don t have to be an artist and nsometimes when i say to people create your own visual vision statement they re nlike oh.
My gosh. I can t draw it doesn t matter. It s for you again this is about nwhat resonates with you you want to be able to take a look at it and really be nconnected to it so that you can make decisions on it because don t forget nthis is your gps in life. You want to be able to know what to say yes and no to nand you want to do it instantaneously the only way you re gonna ndo that is if you take a look at it visually and you can see what s nresonating with you so on this one.
Yeah. They really picked up things that were nimportant to them. So that they can connect with it now here is another npersonal vision statement example. I m gonna bring this up to you hopefully you ncan see it you can see how different these are because it s about people in ntheir vision.
This one is very flowy everything is connected. I remember nspeaking to this individual about it. And it was like a little path of how they nwanted to go about doing their life. The things they wanted to do in a particular norder and that was okay.
It s about knowing what it is that you want. But the nonly way they could do it is if they really reflected and this is what i love nabout personal vision statements and the examples that you see of it is that it nis a way for you to get ideas. It is a way for you to know that you don t have nto be an artist you just have to put pen to paper and start really thinking about nthrough. Structured exercises because that s really important you want to make nsure you re looking and reflecting on the right things.

But then drawing it out nand having it everywhere. One of the things i really find very helpful is nwhen you start plastering it everywhere like you can put it on a screen saver non your phone computer you can even turn it into a mousepad whatever you desire nyou can go even as far as i did and you can get a graphic designer to design. It nfor you so it has that professional look and put it on canvas. Because really this nis.
How important. It is you re supposed to really show it off so that you can nlook at it every day and on that note. I hope that you take a look at these nexamples realize that there s different ways to do them. There is no right or nwrong.

So as you can see the first thing that i notice about this logo here is that it looks better quality because it s being vectorized. But it sticks out way too much over here and over here you can see that it doesn t stick out way too much interesting and you can see here how they ve actually changed. The way that the logo is to make it more balanced. You see here that i ve used the actual coordinates of the g down.

Here or that your angles off different things. Oh. It s kinda strange it can work. I think.
But it looks better in my humble opinion over here with this one and the reason is because of stabilizing it it s using the colors in certain ways. But stand out so there you have it guys that is the reason behind google s logo being weird and you re not too worried just learn from it look at these logos and if you see something weird question as to why and see whether it was intentional or an accident because most of the time it s going to be intentional from these major companies. These aren t mistakes. These are things that we need to learn as people who do logo design.
So just like how this would look weird. And it kind of does look weird these little o s and these ones look good we have to learn how to over shoot and to optically balance our logo designs so it looks good for the naked eye another funny thing. I want you guys to know is if you look at this logo. It kind of looks like an oval this one doesn t yeah.
