I m gonna make an effort to run back on over and show you the location of that this episode. It s basically in the air.
The first played town bonfire that we reached the one that was up top basically just run and then make a left and kind of walk out onto one of these supporting columns you can grab it it s not particularly a good item. But this is supposed to be on a percent walk through and it is the latest great shield in the game. So some people might have interest in it anyway from our bonfire as a reminder for those just tuning in we came up the water wheel from blade town to come here and upgrader estus flask plus two additionally. We went over to andre to upgrade our weapon up to 10 no damage wise.
We are in a much much beefier place than we were before see 446 on our backstabs now 261 on the two hand. It s read 21 on the two hand. It s like yeah. It definitely worth doing you need to poopoo gotta collect all those poo poos.
But anyway so we re actually gonna kill the three fatties this time because we re going to be doing some stuff up here and we don t want these dudes following us back away. We re gonna be proceeding straight. We re aiming to get the key to the blondo ruins goin right yeah got that from there we re gonna go down one ladder. And we re gonna go down a second ladder go ahead kill this chaos fly we re gonna walk forward.
And you can kind of see how there s like this slanted platform. You want to roll for that and slide to get down. Now you don t have to it s a slide to get over here. I just find that to be the most convenient way a path of least resistance.
If you will ah spend estes its big heels. Throwing planning to kill that thing off all right me. Oh man as well top off so continuing forward. There s gonna be a few more ladders.
We re gonna be taking down. Oh never mind there s my my direction. It s all mixed up. We are going over there to get those items so we re going to take this ladder speight.
All the ladders being marked with torches. I still have hellish time trying to find them all go up this way go the full sealer set along with the tin banishment catalyst as well as the remedy sorcery. Which can be used to get rid of poison toxin. All that bad stuff so after that drop down.
We need to make our way back via the roofs. And it s gonna be a little bit tricky. But you can get across them just focus on staying right in the middle general i find that kind of going across them fast actually works better but if you slip i m sorry gonna suck nothing i can do to stop not much double suck so far at least though in the remaster. They don t seem to be as slippery.
I think that may have been one of the things. That was addressed with putting us up to a solid 60 fps. So come right here. I m just gonna get on the waterwheel and just wait for it and then we re going to take the wheel on down.

Now that we have made it back down the blighttown first thing where i want to do is go back over to that bonfire and rest up going for the boss from here. But before that i m actually gonna run all the way up and basically speed run my way to the eagle shield anymore and i m bowing my way back down here alright so to go grab the eagle shield real fast if you re interested in doubt you are as i said it s not very good. But or kind of walkthrough with this be if i just kept forgetting things. One chaos fly tends to get away so i get up here.
I ll hop this go to the poison. We re basically just gonna be climbing back up real fast here. Oh wrong way wrong way no more letters. See how we have those like large supporting pillars that s basically where the eagle shields at like right up there here that one that s the one next to it either way.
I m just gonna climb a shitload of ladders and this is where that fog was previously so you know hang on we don t want him to take the fog around. But remember there we go more letters that s right now go all the way up and take the fog rounds the number of ladders in blake town is too damn high hey look. And there s our fog wall from earlier well that we did not touch last time no no you get off the ladder. This is my ladder.

So that s what the bonfire is that right around there that s what the eagle shield is that over there so mississippi. We would have dropped down. We would have gone this way drop down here going up up. There killed blow dart dude.
After all that said. And done to actually has a separate ladder that gets me over there does it she ll blow dart guy and native to get to eagleshield. Now unless doesn t make sense. I have an inconsistency in my notes do right no.
Yeah. I do use that way. It s gotta keep going down. So we found out there that s where we kill the thingy well we came from well.
I didn t fit down to that portion that s what it was for that portion. I skipped that portion this is why the eagle shield as a pain in the ass. It s like tucked in there there s nothing else over there hi. How do i want to waste my time with this ray alright.

Now that we acquired that piece of shit so just to piece everything back together from like two episodes ago. This is the part where we roll down instead of proceeding down that way you could go down first at the eagle shield and then proceed up to kill the blow dart guy that was up in that corner anyway. Let s get back to the bonfire and get back on our back on track. So making our way to the actual boss now if we had gotten the eagle shield originally and forgot about it anyway proceed this way from the bonfire for these guys.
What i like to do is just hug the wall all the way around you can run straight. But we re going to that hole that s right there if you went straight. All the rock dudes are gonna come after you so if you go wide. I find it s a little bit easier just because by the time that they react to you you re already like all the way at the boss anyway.
See now they re reacting. But it s like you know it doesn t matter at this point. I ve already made my way up into the nest. So go ahead and get rid of the poison you have at this point.
You re gonna want to put on anything that has decent fire resists in this case. My obvious choice here is going to be the black knight shield that i picked up. He viously now these are the eggie boys do not attack the aggie boys. If you attack.
The aggie boys. A bunch of little things will pop out see there are a bunch of them these things are very hard to hit they hurt and on top of that see they just kind of yeah well i think you get the idea that s why you don t hit the ugly boys. Oh. My god i m fat rolling.
I can get me back my ring remember back to my have all day oh god damn eggie boys are terrible banged my helmet alright so if you did kill mildred earlier you can summon her here of course and next up. We re fighting chaos. Which quelaag. So this boss is honestly more intimidating than it is hard my general strategy is to stay to the right side of the head.
And you ll dodge majority of her attacks half spider half woman. She ll swing our weapon around do a lava spit. Thing. The only real oh no no i ll just children says.
I m killing these things. Let s get a mildred bring this together. Honestly the only real threat of this fight is that the boss will do a massive aoe blast. What she s going to do is basically like dip.
Her head down it almost looks like she s given the the spider part of her body a hug when that happens just run in the opposite direction or if you have a high fire visa shield block that shit out right if you re not careful this move can one shot you inside from that if you have any lightning resin go ahead and use it lightning will help to beat her ass harder aside from that traverse the light music additionally. If you re able to hit fur like using certain hound birds or whatnot. She ll take she ll take a lot more damage if you re actually hitting her as opposed to the spider. There s the aoe blast.
See how blocking it managed to mitigate a ton of that this is actually a decent fight to to do unlocked because you know you like this. It s kind of harder to see there s the body slam just back away another thing i didn t mention. But she ll obviously because she s fused the lava. It s going to stay on the floor.

You know all you really got to do is just avoid it just stay mindful of where you re fighting the boss kind of ied. It clockwise around the room. If you will to ensure that you know too much lava doesn t get built up general staying kind of right here next to the spider. Part set open here s the hug.
Yes. Fire. Shield having a nice shield helps so much to stop that mildred dead. Now mildred is hanging in there good job mildred.
How do you applause so low enough whele. Obviously the lava hurts stay away from the lava anyway after that we re gonna proceed on forward. We came up that route. I go this way towards the staircase boy.
The giant hole in the floor for the time being and ring. A ding ding that bell music and that large structure you see in front of you is sends fortress now we have to go to sense fortress to reach in orlando. My recommendation is to proceed. And do the second part of darkroot garden before you do that moving on the next episode.
But anyways so before we re done here. We re gonna go down these stairs through the hole in the wall or all the ie people or at the demon ruins. Now we re not gonna do anything here. We re simply coming down here to light this bonfire aside from that just beyond your way.
The main thing is just to have it lit for later on in the game and over here an invisible wall now this is an iggy. We re gonna talk to him and tell him yes music now if you get infected. You actually become one of these guys you become an egghead raising or getting your egghead progression along you can eventually talk to an iggy and he ll end up giving you the stuff you need the main reason that we came here is to rest in this bonfire. This is one of the main bonfires and on top of that this is the bonfire for the chaos.
Servants covenant. They re going to join that added on in now. It s worth joining the chaos servants for a couple reasons. One we have really badass pyromancies of great chaos fireball.
But also we re going to need to offer them 30 humanity to complete so lairs quest line. So right now. You can t understand anything that way like sister is saying later on when we get the old witch ring. She ll actually have like dialogue.
But for now at least you know we came here to get this bonfire and get the covenant additionally. You can kill her to get a fire keeper soul and boost your your estus flask up to 3 for the time being i would highly recommend you do not do that we kill her now. We re not going to be able to give her the humanity and rescue soul air this bonfire will also be extinguished. We won t have access to it unless you feel like dumping 30 humanity into her right now which i imagine most of you probably don t have 30 community to blow at the moment do not kill her anyway you can also use her to reinforce your estus flask.
Just like the one at firelink so if you are following a logics chain. You can come down here and get your stuff boosted. If you do not have a pyromancy flame. Talking to an iggy.

He will be able to give you one you can also give you a roster and level up your pyromancy flame. As well once you become an egghead he ll sell a couple other things as well. But the egg egg system is kind of a pain in the ass. What happens is this this parasitic eggs starts growing on your head.
And it absorbs souls as you kill enemies and after it s absorbed a certain number of souls that will fully mature. And then you re considered in the egg ahead. It s kind of a pain in the ass to do. But you know that s how it works anyway from here.
We have a long run. So i am actually going to wrap up the episode basically. There s two main places. We could go from here we can spend the twenty thousand souls to get the crest of artorias and proceed through to knock out the back portion of the darkroot garden or alternatively.
We can go straight through to sense fortress now going technically by the numbers for example. The solo quail egg that we just got is worth a thousand souls the soul of the boss and sense. Fortresses were twelve thousand and the soul of the boss that we are going to be fighting down a dark roof garden is sixteen thousand. I believe check mine here.
Yeah. The soul of sif is sixteen thousand compared to all the other bosses were about to fight. Who are only twelve thousand souls with that being said personally i would recommend you re going after sit first it s a much smaller area and in my experience. It s better to just get it done get it out of the way right now.
So that you don t have to worry about it and then from there. We ll naturally be able to go to sense fortress and anor londo. So that s my personal recommendation. However as we proceed into darkroot garden.
If you find that you simply just cannot beat sit and at this point in the game. Instead you would just go to suns fortress and then go back and tackle sip. A different time i don t know where i m going i need to use the damn water. We all get out of here so anyway.
That s gonna wrap things up after the boss. You know pretty much same stuff. We did already in the last episode go up the water wheel climb the ladders take it on out. So you get to fire link and then from fire link.
You would take the elevator that leads into the cathedral and then from there you would make your way back towards where the blacksmith was so if you didn t go back previously to upgrade your weapon to 10.
