Me. And him are gonna start like competing and doing this 90 day challenge and they actually got a youtube channel. It s freaking awesome they got all the workouts they re on on a video. So that way you can repeat.
And do everything with the people that are doing it and you can see how exactly how to do it. So you do it correctly. And it s a lot of bodyweight training..
If you want if you got weight you could do it with weights. You do whatever you want their site is awesome you can set on here on the website. They actually got tabs on the side that tell you how many sets you want to set it to then they got a timer if you click this it opens up and then you can actually choose these times or do a you can set your own time. And it s freaking.
Awesome that like you have this ability. It s ie is totally free. It s a hundred it s just for anybody i want to get in shape. It s totally i guess funded by ads.
I m not sure why it s like this free when you get all this information. It s all about fitness nutrition everything if you want to war lose weight. And you want to workout..
You can go ahead and do it and then like if you go to which one is it this one yes they even got like a super saiyan workout. Which i thought was extremely funny so i messaged that to my brother because me and him are big dragon ball z fans and that was one of the first videos that popped up so i m just so excited that they have like all these uh they got an ultimate fighting workout. They got all these different types of workout that you can do it s crazy i love it if you really want to lose weight. And you want to do something that s free and with your own body weight.
You don t have to spend money on anything just use yourself. This is like the perfect site to use so it s on youtube its darby or here be and is dare be calm. The website. So just yeah check that out i m telling you it s totally worth.
It yeah you just start out day one click. It then basically it says level. One is three sets the level two is five sets level three is seven sets and they got like you just do three sets of these things and you re done for today and yeah..
And yeah two minute rest in between you the sets. And yeah. It just starts yeah as a beginner and then it gets harder harder and harder. And and no workout is the same every single day you re doing something different so it s freaking.
Awesome and if i want to get the kids involved. I really want to do this this is like so cool that it s so different i mean. It s absolutely free which really helps me and i really want to do this this 90 day challenge and god dang. This is gonna be so cool so i can t wait to do it.
And i get the girls involved and everything and see what they can do i know like day ninety. They won t be able to do this day. 90 is a hundred fifty push ups by the end of the day like you do like ten or twenty push ups here and there but by the end of the day..
You do 150 and i ve done that plenty of times and yeah. So i m gonna do that maybe i ll get the girls involved maybe think i do like ten push ups every ten minutes something like that until they get it done i don t know i m gonna see what they could do i m not gonna push them i want to do whatever they feel like they can do and then have them stop on the i know they re just kids. And i want to make it fun and not stressful or make them not want to do it anymore. So i m gonna try to make this just a big game between me and my brother and the kids so hopefully.
This is all gonna work out really awesome. And i can t wait to start so i m very excited and that s why i wonder post. This is what i m gonna do i ll probably be posting videos on this channel. The browns world with our little exercises of that we re going so i don t know what my plans are but i want to do something with it ” .
